    Regdog Update

So far we have shaved down 20 lbs.

I have decided to come out of the Weight Watchers program.

Mainly because working in a medical center I get "it"

Portion control + Better food choices + More body movement (ie exercise ) = a Better System of Weight Control

I will still use their system since my wife will remain in the program.

I'll just save a few bucks which can go to my official BBG relief fund,

    20 pounds...that's great Reggie!!!!!

I agree about the Weight Watchers thing. You can do it on your own by now and save soem money for BBG at the same time.

I use the WW points systems when I go out to eat. I always check Dotties Weight Loss Zone for point values of the entrees where I'm going and try to order something lower in points.

I made a big pot of mexican chicken taco soup tonight so I can go back to my soup routine once again. I works well for me so I'm sticking with it.

Dinner tonight was a garden salad with grilled chicken on top and the last bit of chicken soup.

Lunch was a grilled chicken sub (wheat bread, no cheese, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, and msutard) from Subway and some light chips.

Guess it was just a chicken day for me.

    I really suck!!!!
I just got back from ATL and man did we eat. Crab Legs galore.
And my birthday was Tuesday and the office brought lots of treats and of course I had to indulge.
Now I am paying the price.
I will get back on track tomorrow. We finished off all the treats today so there is nothing left to tempt me.

 Whoever said "Nothing tastes as good as thin feels" - obviously never had German Chocolate Cake!!!!!

Crab legs aren't bad...seafood in general is quite healthy as long as it isn't fried and most people I know don't eat fried crab legs.

So I think you did better than you thought..

And as far as the sweets go, it was your birthday..you DESERVE to Splurge!!!
