18 pounds?? Way to go, Reggie!!!! Keep it up, Denise...you'll get over tha 5 pound plateau. We all hit one of those at some point.
sigh.....well this has been a discouraging week.....I was on the darn treadmill every day except wed this week and i gained weight....go figure....its not fair i tell you! I lost 2 pounds 1st week, worked out twice as much the following and gained 3......tune in next monday for next week's weigh-in report....DANG!!!!

I have been semi dieting (lol) since january... I bought new shorts over the weekend to take with us in April... I have lost a total of 4 pants size... yayyy for me
4 pants sizes...that's great. Congrats!!! Well, I'm getting close to my monthly weihh in date at Curves. It's the 28th of every month. Not sure I've lost any weight but I know I haven't gained any so I'll take that. I so think I'm firming up a bit more and that's what I'm looking to do now. Not so much interested in losing any more weight. Lunch today was half a turkey samdwich and a cup of soup. Dinner will be a turkey burger with some grilled asparagus.
I have been going to the gym 3 days a week for about 2 months. I think I am toning up also. I still have some weight to lose. But like everyone says, I didnt put it on over night so its not going to go away that way. I am happy with 2-3 lbs a week. I think that is healthy. I have 4 weeks till we arrive... so I think I should be able to loose about 10 pounds. But Im worried if I loose 10 lbs, will the new shorts fit, LOL...
