Today was a good day...no Curves but I'll go tomorrow morning.

Fish was the food of the day since it's Lent. Tuna with light mayo for lunch and grilled tilapia for dinner.

    Great news!! Congrts.

thatsoudns like an excelelnt way to cook tilapia...I think I may just steal that recipe from youif you don't mind.

Today was Goulash for me and I'm thinking it wasn't to bad.

We made it with noodles, tomatoes, celery, ground sirloin, green peppers and seasoning so nothing really bad for you. paird with with a small salad and that was the big meal of the day.

mexican vegetable soup for dinner with another small salad.

    That's Great!

I have miss my WW weigh in two weeks in a row.
Week one I had a four day reserve weekend.
Week two, a combination of too much "winter mix" to clean up (activity points) and too much studying to do.
Oh well, Better luck next week.

I thank all of you for your great tips and recipes

Well my idea of only watching TV series when I'm on the treadmill has worked so far but since i'm only on episode 3, I cant call it a success yet but we'll see when I weigh in on next monday!

Question: How often do you weigh yourself?

    Doing OK.

Still trying to watch what I eat. Maybe I'm seeing too much!

I'm still losing, but not as much as I wanted to, about a pound a week so I guess that's OK.

    George,

A pound a week is great..It's nice and steady and that's how you lose it and keep it off.

    Good for you!!!
