Let's lose some weight

    I am totally hooked on the Fiber One bars.

    Did you try the Oats and Chocolate or Oats and Peanut Butter? I'm not sure which one I like better. They are both so good.

    I didn't have enough time to come home for lunch today and wasn't at the office so I had to settle for Subway again.

    Guess I really shouldn't call it settling as I think I did quite well with what I had.

    The dinner tonight was a cubed steak, salad and green beans. I thinkI'll have a Fiber One bar for my snack later on.

    I got the Peanut Butter ones.
    Now that I know how good they are, I will get the chocolate ones too!!!

    I just have to be good tomorrow because I did not got to aerobics and there will be alot of junk at the office!!!!!

    Thankfully both of my secretaries are dieting and the other attorney in the office is health crazed all the time so I don't have to worry too much about temptaionsin the office.

    Get the chocolate Fibar One bars...you'll be amazed at how good they taste.

    I dd Curves tonight and must have really gotten into the workout...I was sweating like a pig when I was done. :oops:

    I wish that I could sweat like a pig!!
    I wear sweat pants, a t shirt and a sweat shirt and I sweat a little but not the way that I would like to.
    Just once I would like to pour sweat. I am sure that it would be good for me.
    The only time that I really sweat is if I am in a sauna or steam room.

    I really must have been into it tonight because not only was I sweating more than usual but the workout itself seemed to zip by.

    Too bad every workout wasn't like that.

    gotta love the fast workouts for sure.

    without searching through the posts....how much has everyone lost so far?

    I'm doing good still...I have lost 24lbs since Christmas. People are starting to notice now...its great. I have 26 more to go towards my goal.

    Good for you, Tonya!!!!

    As of Feb 28th I have lost 11 pounds...not really looking to lose any more.

    I wanted to lose 10 and I did. Now I just want to firm up and maintain.

    thats great karan! I know a friend that loves curves...it has helped her a lot....she looks great.

    thanks too...I'm really starting to see results more and it helps boost that extra 'will' I need to stay on track.

    well, its not updated...lol :oops: lazy me!

    I promise I'll get the official website updated in the next week...because I have to! We are getting the main congregation involved/posting pledges in it next week...so it has to be updated for them to be able to see.
