Good morning, I snuck on the scale this morning after my shower. I had already had 3 cups of coffee, and I loved the number that it said. :bounce3: I'm officially going to report on Monday, but so far so good. Hope everyone has a good weekend. Weekends are the hardest for me. I'm determined not to do too much damage. Smooches!!
Hello everyone, I'm still in this. Lost another pound this week so I'm still sorta on track. I'm thinking I might have to kick things up a notch, or at least start riding my bike again! Great Job Denise keep it up!! George
Great job, Denise...you too, George. I'm trying not to get onthe scale much so I have no idea if I've lost more weight. But I know I haven't gained any back as my clothes are all fitting the same. Plus I just feel somuch better about myself...I have more energy and just a better overall feeling.

Good morning, Thanks for the encouragement, Goeorge and Karan. This weekend was tough. I was perfect with food, but wayyyyy too much of the sloshies!! That's the story of my weekends. Got on the scale this morning and I'm down 6 lbs since last Monday. Now before you go thinking that's heroic or that I chopped off a limb, most of that is water and just detoxing from the crap I was eating up to the get serious point. I actually saw the scale dip a little lower before my weekend romp with the Captain. (He gets me every time!!) We have a local pub crawl planned for St. Patrick's Day, so this weekend will be another sabotage from the hard work of the week, but as long as I hold steady and don't reverse direction, I'm A-OK. Here's to a successful week!! :dave:
Hey I will take 6 lbs anyway I can get it. That is great. I am going to follow Weight Watchers this week. My co-worker has the book and the number of points that I am allowed. So I will keep you posted on my results. Keep up the good work!!!! P.S. I heard that Green Beer is Calorie free!!! :lol:
