Good job Karan...I have to get my butt back in gear and get to curves. Haven't been there since I've been back. Hopefully tonight.

    Thanks Jodi. :D

I did okay food wise today....homemade chicken noodle soup with some reduced fat Triscuits for lunch and a chicken breast with italian seasonings, asparagus with lemon ppper seasoning and a small salad with oil and vinegar.

Snack tonight will be a Fiber One bar.

I'm happy to report my first perfect day in I don't know how long..

I'm officially following the NutriSystem diet and have been for a while, but I just cheat too much and I've been completely off since mid January. YIKES!

I have a fruit, yogurt and small (very small) dessert cookie left to eat. I'll just slice up some strawberries w/ my yogurt and cookie... sounds yummy, doesn't it?

I worked out for 45 minutes this morning, drank lots of water through out the day and I'm feeling great!!

    Good for you, Denise!!!!!

    I'm proud of you!!!

Gotta ask......is the Nutrisystem food really as tasty as they claim?

There are quite a few things that are really good, and some that I couldn't choke down on a bet. I'm not a picky eater (hence why I'm so fluffy in the first place), so it's just fine for me. It's average at best, but good enough for me to keep at it and succeed.

On a scale of 1-10 , I would say the food is a 6 personally. That's my opinion.

I wish I could do it just on my own eating right and watching portions, but I can't be trusted.

Portion control is a huge issue...at least for me.

What I have been doing is dividing my plate into 4 quarters and filling one quarter ith protein, one with carbs and the remaining two with fruits and veggies.

So far it seems to be working.

Okay...I think I did okay today.

Lunch was, of course, soup: homemade chicken noodle with some rduced fat Triscuits.

Dinner tonight was hotdogs (low fat ones) and a salad.

I just finsihed making my Mexican taco soup so I'm set for soup for the next several days.

    Karan,

Can you Fed Ex some of that soup right out to me that you just made??? Pretty pretty please??????

I did great too! I need to get more water in before bed. My food has been right on track and I did strength toning this morning with weights and my big ball..

    Yeah!!! I'm having fun again.

    Good morning my fellow losers...

I'm way behind this morning. I was up chatting with a dear friend I hadn't talked to in a while until 1:00am!! It was over 3 hours of catch up stuff!!

All the "get ready for the next day chores" weren't done last night... UGH! I will make time to work out and will just live with the concequences of being late to work. Priorities!!!!!!

I wish you success in all you do today.
