    No problem, Denise!!!

Let me know if you like it.

Today's lunch was vegetable soup and a turkey sandwich at Frisch's.

Not sure about dinner yet but I am starting to geta bit hungry.

    Thanks...I'm really happy about it.

But I think I'm even happier with the inches I've lost. I can tell a difference in all of my clothes....some really don't even fit anymore. :D

Has anyone tried any of the Fiber One nutritional bars??

I had one tonight (I got it in my Curves packet you get each month at weigh in) and was amazed at how good it was.

I had the chocolate and oats one but I hear the peanut butter and oats is good also.

Weight Watchers has endorsed them due to their high fiber and protein content and the guy in the store today told me General Mills can't make them fast enough. They are flying off the store shelfs.

S if you get a chance try one. makea great snack. I'm going in search of a box tomorrow.

Congrats on the 11 pounds Karan!! :lotsofmichaelf:

    Somehow I missed that post!!!

Not the greatest week for weight loss this week, although I managed to lose that 1 pound.

Next week will be better. Im going to reset my goals this week I think.

Thanks george...I'm really thrilled with it.

1 pound is a pound so don't poo poo that.

I have to reset my goals too now that I hit the 10 pounds (plus and extra for good measure) that I wanted to hit.

    Karan,

Congratulations on the loss of weight and inches.
    :headbanger: :headbanger: :headbanger: :headbanger:
    Keep up the good work.

    George,
A pound off is a pound off :D
We did not put it on quickly, lets not try to lose it too quickly

At my Weight Watchers weigh in I lost a pound and a half.
The more exciting news is that my cholestrol level is finally normal.
One of my doctors wanted me to get it under control without medication.
That success alone will probabaly be a catalyst to encourage to keep the weight off.

Let us all be encouraged as we struggle :flogging: with the battle of the bulge.
