Let's lose some weight

    That is an great idea. I have never thought of that.
    Maybe that is why Michigan is one of the FATTEST states.

    I stay here because I look skinny compared to most. ahahahahaha

    Well, lunch today was mexican vegetable soup and dinner was a cubed steak, green beans and asparagus.

    I'm going to Curves tomorrow morning (before Court) and it's my monthly weigh in day.

    Tomorrow night I'm doinga splurge..pizza and salad for dinner so Idefinitely don't want to get weighed Saturday morning.

    How did your weigh in go?
    I used to go to Curves but the owners were not friendly at all, so I quit.
    Everybody else that went to Curves told me how nice the people were. Not the Curves I went to. Guess I picked a crappy curves!

    My weigh in is tomorrow morning...Friday.

    I just love Curves. Everyone is so nice at the one I go to.

    Since I started (Jan 2) I have lost about 10-11 lbs and as of my last weigh on Jan 27 I had lost 6.5 inches.

    After a week in Cancun last week I'm not expecting those numbers but I don't think I gained any weight either.

    oh yeah, your post did say tomorrow.
    Those are great results. I am hoping to see a difference soon.
    I know it is coming because I have went from no aerobic activity to
    4 days a week. I started about 4 weeks ago.

    I always hear that the people at curves are sooo nice.
    Ha, the people at the one I went to looked at you like "are you still here?"

    It was like I just ruined their plans for closing early or something.
    Good for you = you are doing great.

    I'm sure you will see good results soon. I pretty much did the same thing. I went from no aerobic activity to going to Curves 4 times a week plus dieting and saw results in 4 weeks.

    I know it won't be the same every month but it sure did giveme motivation to keep it up.

    Karan,

    I NEED YOU!!! I'm going to start this weight loss thing for sure Sunday.. I have plans to go out to dinner tomorrow night. I'm making sure that I'm getting all my trigger foods out of my system. I have 7 weeks to lose 15 lbs.. I can do this!!!

    I'm going to exercise every day, I'm going to eat right, I'm going to keep myself hydrated and I will beat this thing!!!

    I promise to post every day and let you all know how I'm doing.

    We can motivate each other okay?

    I went to Curves today and had my monthly weigh in......down 3.5 pudns more and 1.25 inches in my waist plus a bit more inches lost other places.

    Total lost is 11 pounds and 8.75 inches over all!!!!! I'm so happy with that!!

    Didn't do too bad witht he pizza tonight...two slices and salad with r4ed wine vinegar and oil as a dressing.
