wow, great job George!!! Don't you just hate it when you forget to thaw out some meat? I think tonight we will have chicken noodle, home made...well the noodles will be frozen, but still, not bad. For lunch I had what you said you might have for dinner, low fat hot dogs with wheat buns. We got a new dining room set this weekend, they are suppose to deliver this afternoon....CAN'T WAIT!!! Let me see if I can find a picture of it online...
I did have that last night and they were yummy. I'd been craving hot dogs after seeing the guy at BBG grill them late at night so the low fat kind on wheat buns was the perfect solution to my craving. I do hate it when I forget to thaw something out. The turkey burgers are ones you cook frozen so that's looking like tonight's meal after curves. I think I'll also make a big pot of mexican vegeatble soup tonight. I had just about the last of my chicken taco soup for lunch today.
OK I need to get back on track. After breaking my foot in Cancun then having surgery on my shoulder I have not been to the gym in almost 2 months (what a waste of money if you don't go). Since January I have actually lost about 5 lbs but that is more from not drinking as much alcohol and cutting out chocolate. Back to reading all the tips, back to the gym and going to lose those 20 lbs by July!!!!
wooooooooooo ive not weighed myself but i've lost weight! i had three people tell me my face is thinning out and i look thinner! weeeeeeeeeee so exciting
That's really more important, apple. Weight is just a number. The best thing is to go by how you look and feel and how your clothes are fitting.
