Ok, so after two weeks and a trip to Cancun I weighed myself this morning, and have gained about 1 pound.

Im not sure I trust that scale!

That does put me about 3 weeks behind on my long term goal but I think I'm just going to adjust that and continue on as planned.

For the record, the CheeseSteaks were worth it as well as all the other Cancun food! :D

1 pound is nothing, George. Don't worry about it.

Now that we're home both you and can get back on track with what has gotten us where we are now.

And just for the record...I think you look great. The weight loss is definitely noticible.

    Keep up the good work!!!

You'll love the salsa with the celery, Denise.

The other thing you can try if you really need a more salty tasting snack is salsa with about 7 reduced fat Triscuits. It's only about 4 grams of fat so it's not bad at all and quite tasty too.

Okay, so lunch today was chicken taco soup and 7 reduced fat Triscuits.

Dinner is looking like 2 hotdogs (reduced fat) on whole wheat buns with pepper salad and a few asparagus.

Not sure about my snack later....tangerines most likely.

    Hey Gang,

According to the WW weigh-in this week I lost a pound.
My shock  came when I realized that I have lost a total of 15lbs since January :headbanger:.

I literally had no idea

The wife is still struggling :box:
But she's encouraged by my progress :bounce:

May we all be encouraged and supportive through this big melt down

    Congrats Reggie!!!

    15 pounds...that's huge!!!!!

    Keep up the great work.

I'm heading back to Curves today after work. Lunch was soup with some reduced fat Triscuits.

Not sure about dinner. I forgot to take anything out so maybe a turkey burger and some asparagus.
