Yes!!! And were they ever good!!!! But I specifically didn't eat breakfast that day and it was a late lunch. The only thing I had eaten all day was a shard plate of nachos with George and Debbie early in the afternoon. And even still I stayed on track with my weight loss so I am very happy with my progress.
Dinner out tonight...O'Charley's. I had a small ceassar salad, grilled swordfish and steamed veggies so I think did okay. Anyone know how Tonya's competition is going????

Karan, How do I get involved in this? I need to lose 15 lbs before we got to Cancun in April... eeeek! that's 8 weeks. 2lbs per week is certaintly possible if I am focused, but I need YOUR HELP to be focused. Gosh, I miss all of you... Denise, The only thing you need to do is post here. We all just talk about what we're eating and what exercising we've been doing and things like that. We've shared some tasty yet lo cal low fat recipes and post links to sites that have helped us and we think would be helpful to others. For example, the I posted that snacking on celeery with salsa satifyies my craving for crunky snacks with salsa. I have it just about every night. I know for me I could not have done this without having a thread like this to come to and fess up so to speak. It keeps me honest plus all the encouragement I have received has been amazing. So just join in!!!
