Well, I weighed myself this morning and I'm still on track (barely).

I'm no longer ahead of my goal however, which means I'll be (hopefully only) a little behind after the trip.

I guess it's the long term that's important though, right?

Dinner was out tonight..Italian for my Mom's birthday so it was hard to be totally good.

We went to Maggianos Little Italy and if you have one near you then you know the portions are huge. So we split the veal parmigana minus the cheese and had an side of pasta (whcih we also split) and I had a dinner salad as well.

So all in all not too bad I'd say.

Well, I was kind of worried about today being stuck at home..you know, the old eat because I'm bored thing.

But I stuck to my diet...soup for lunch.

Dinner is most likely a turkey burger with some veggies and a small salad.

    How'd everyone else do?

Oh...no Curves today but that's okay. I shoveled about 3 inches of icey wet snow so I think I got my exercise.

lol.. the whole eating cus im bored... welcome to my dilema... it is hard being home all the time, its been 7 months for me now and only in the last few weeks have i finally curved the eating all the time (well sorta). I have switched to munching on 'better' stuff, such as fruits, preztles, melba toast.

It's tough when you're home all day not to pick at foods here and there...and that really adds up.

    BTW..love the avatar, Isabelle.
