o kwell i'd much rather be eating that mcgriddle breaky sandwhich that my co worker is eating this morning than the bloody yogurt, fruit and cereal i have :evil:
I'm at Panera having an early lunch. Vegetarian veggie soup and a whole grain baguette. But I broke down and had an IC Caramel drink....only about a gazillion calories ! :cry:
I've done well too...looks like everyone else is too...way to go!! I saw that article too Karan...our challenge ends in July...we'll see where I am at that point...might make that last 10lbs go faster...if I need it then. Went back to the gym on tuesday night, haven't been in a couple weeks because of the kids being sick, me being sick, bad weather....sad story, I know! Today I made the kids turkey burgers, and I had just the patty with steamed veggies. Going to the gym tonight....not sure whats for dinner though. :?
Let's see...mexican vegetable soup for lunch. Can you see a theme in the kinds of soup I like, LOL??? For dinner I think I'm going to have a turkey burger with veggies. Thaks for the idea Tonya!!!
I can do that. They aren't mine though. I have gotem them all from various members of Dany's family so obviously they all have a Mexican flavor to them. But I'll do that this weekend for sure. All are quite healthy.
I'm starving today. My willpower has disappeared this week Got a ham salad sarny for lunch and have had an apple & cereal already. Am craving stodge for some reason.
Okay news bulletin.....I did NOT have soup for luch today. Instead it was a Subway day as I was getting my hair cut. 6 inch grilled chicken breast on wheat, lettuce, tomato, pickles, mustard and a tiny bit of lightmay....toasted. WOW chips and a diet coke. Dinner was thin chicken breast (skinless boneless) dregged in egg (with a few drops of hot sauce for heat) and then bread crumbs with 5 pepper seasoning and chili powder sprayed lightly with Pam and then oven baked. Grilled veggies heated up in the oven and a small salad. YUM!!!
Hi guys, Well the weight loss effort has been slacking in my area ... i just can't seem to keep myself motivated (as im sitting here munching on a piece of chocolate). I have set a goal to get my ass back in kick boxing by the end of march. So i need to get my muscles jump started before then or i'll never make it thru a class.
