    Hey Gang,
I did my WW week 4 weigh in this weekend I went in the wrong direction and gained a pound  .
Oh well, Back to the drawing board.
Surprisingly I behaved myself at my sister's annual Superbowl party.
So Much Food, So Little Time!
She was real considerate and had included a lot of healthy choices.
This week will be a challenge.
    It's a 4 day National Guard weekend.
What's even worse is that at press time we our scheduled to spend the entire weekend in the field.
Hopefully the schedule will change.

Hey Karan, when do you leave?

Don't beat yourself up, Reggie. Setbacks are part of the game I think.

    I did okay this weekend.

Haven't been back on the scale so don't know if I've lost any more weight but my clothes are still fitting better and I can really tell with the belts I war with my jeans.

I leave a week from Thursday (the 15th), Reggie.

We all have to stick together, Reggie.

I did okay today. Soup and a few triscuits for lunch and cajun catfish, green beans and broccoli for dinner but I have to say I wasn't too impressed with my piece of fish. Seemed ratehr fatty to me so I didn't eat much.

I think I'll have my snack now....a yogurt and a temple orange. Or maybe some frozen grapes. Or better yet..some fresh balckberries!!!

I've just eaten half a kilo of grapes! Must learn to not shovel food in when starving!

Anyway, for dinner on Sunday & Last night, I had kangaroo. Is v.low fat and tastes like steak so was yum. With salad one night, new potatoes t'other.

My daily lunch of soup and Triscuits today.

Chicken of some sort for dinner tonight and I think I'll make a pot of vegatable soup for the next few days. I just ate the last of my chicken taco soup.

    Okay...changed my mind about dinner.

Just had the chicken breast witha salad and asparagus marinated in balsamic vinegar.

Saw this article on the web about a new over the counter diet pill:

I think I'll stick to the way I'm doing it. But I know some people who have taken the drug it's a lower dose of and they have had trememdous success with it.

I think it really depends on how overweight you are and how much you want to lose.
