That's great Denise!!! :lotsofmichaelf: I know exactly what you mean though, in the past I've tried to lose large amounts at a time, otherwise it didn't seem like it was worth the effort. Usually I'd lose about 20 pounds and then get really burnt out on it, then the weight slowly comes back. :evil: So this time here's what I'm doing. I made a chart with a goal of 1.5 pounds every week. It doesn't seem like much each week, but it really adds up by August!!! Of course it's still too early to know the end result but I find it encouraging! George
