    Hey Monique when you mentioned smart foods the only thing I could think of was Smartfood :shock: Popcorn.......NOT diet friendly :cry:

    I have not tried the salsa yet, but I just checked my "Holy Points Bible" :lol:
    and discovered that fat free salsa is 0 points :headbanger: :headbanger:

    Hah! Never heard of smartfood popcorn. In canada it's just a campaign to get people eating healthy and there all kinds of requirements these foods have to have to be listed as one. Popcorn is on there as long as it's not covered in butter.

    OK, I'm going to the cinema tonight to see Blood Diamond or whatever its called and I need to know; what the hell can I eat instead of a huge bag of M&M's?! Don't say "nothing" as my willpower isn't that good, I need cinema snacks!!

    Dinner tonight was a bit of a splurge for me..kind of anyway.

    I had a BLT (made with 3 slices of turkey bacon) and a salad with red wine vinegar and olive oil.

    Lunch was soup and some reduced fat Wheat Thins.

    Lunch tomorrow will most likely be salad with chopped lemon pepper chicken.

    i had hearty veg soup from timmies for lunch and a grilled cheese sandwhich for dinner.

    im still hungry :cry:
