Excellent Karan! :clap: I went supermarket after work yesterday and bought enough salad etc for this week and some low-fat tortillas for wraps, pasta, chicken and sugar-free squash (cordial). Might try the age-old suggested tip of getting off the bus a few stops early fom home - where I live is so hilly that it HAS to burn off a few extra cals surely?!
I think getting off the bus a few stops before your own is a GREAT idea, Jen. Walking is a great exercise. Good for you on the wrap fixins. Looks like we did pretty good for our first day huh?

Well, Kevin and I went to the gym tonight...I did 30 minutes of cardio on the treadmill...I'm so out of shape that my heartrate stayed between 150-160 the entire time....so I know I burned some calories with that! Then we went out to eat...hahaha...however, we both got salad bar with a side of baked potato....no sour cream, a little butter...not much! We stopped on the way home and got some stuff for more healthy and wholesome breakfasts...so far...on the right foot!! :clap: way to go everyone!!!! see you tomorrow!
