i never eat breakfast..should though, but i just dont
am thinking of doing this because i could probably force myself to eat this cereal (yum) for breakfast
And it certainly didn't seem like 30 minutes but the clock doesn't lie.
I'm looking forward to going back on Thursday!
my mom used to go to Curves... she really liked it!

I went supermarket after work yesterday and bought enough salad etc for this week and some low-fat tortillas for wraps, pasta, chicken and sugar-free squash (cordial). Might try the age-old suggested tip of getting off the bus a few stops early fom home - where I live is so hilly that it HAS to burn off a few extra cals surely?!
I think getting off the bus a few stops before your own is a GREAT idea, Jen.
Walking is a great exercise.

Right, I'm doing it - off the bus a few stops early for me! Me and my iPod have walking to do.
Well, Kevin and I went to the gym tonight...I did 30 minutes of cardio on the treadmill...I'm so out of shape that my heartrate stayed between 150-160 the entire time....so I know I burned some calories with that!
Then we went out to eat...hahaha...however, we both got salad bar with a side of baked potato....no sour cream, a little butter...not much!
We stopped on the way home and got some stuff for more healthy and wholesome breakfasts...so far...on the right foot!!
