Karan, How do you cook your asparagus ? Fresh or frozen ? Can you believe I've never had asparagus, but maybe I should give it a try.
I cook fresh asparagus. I think the frozen or canned come out a bit too soft for me. I just clean the asparagus and snap of the bottom part that you don't eat. Drizzle it with olive oila and sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning over it. Bake it at 425 degrees for about 15 minutes or so...you should check on it periodically because th cooking time will vary depending on hwo thick the asparagus are and how done you like yours. Another good wy to prepare it is to bake it with some red pepper strips drizzled with balsamic vinegar.
Hi guys... well i haven't stepped on the scales, but im starting to feel better. I've been just keeping an eye on what im eating and drinking more water. Im pretty pooped tonight tho, i played volleyball for close to 4hrs this afternoon, it was sooooo fun.
