Wow everyone is doing very well here with their diets!!! I startedd doing Pilates before Xmas and have not missed a workout yet. I have a DVD so I follow along with it and can do it whenever I can fit it in. Have not really lost any weight a couple of pounds maybe but actually lost inches off my legs & waist!!! Whooo hooo!
Good for you, Catherine!!! I think inches are actually more important then weight as muscle weighs more than fat. So the more muscle you have the leaner you'll be but the scale may show a few pound increase. I have friends who do pilates religiously. Keep up the good work!!!
I just want my clothes to fit better. Looking better in my bathing suit would be a big plus as well. Need to measure again it's Sat. Keeping track in a spreadsheet so I can see my progress. I was one of those rail thin girls people hated when I was younger , so I find it really hard to watch what I'm eating because I never had worry about it for most of my life and I LOVE ALL FOOD!
I was just the opposite. I have always struggled with my weight. I got up to 229 about 10 years ago and lost quite a bit of weight and managed to keep most of it off. But over time I have probably gained back about 10 pounds..the 10 pounds I am trying to lose now.
Karan, you are more than half way to your goal already....maybe you will surpass it! Wouldn't that be nice?
That would be nice. But I think more than the weight I'd like to lose another inch. Then all of my clothes would fit perfectly and maybe be a bit loose.
Just had an early lunch... Turkey sandwich on wheat with reduced cheddar fat cheese, lettuce, tomato, and yellow and spicy mustard with a diet pepsi.
Have not eaten yet today....my bad. I'm more scheduled with my eating during the week. I think I will have my no fat yogurt with low fat granola on top. I had this in Xpu Ha on my last trip to Mexico in Nov. Now I'm addicted!
