Well, I weighed myself this morning, and so far I've lost 9 pounds since I started, 12-23! :michaelf:

I've got a long way to go but I've got a great start.

It really does help having each other's support doesn't it!???

 

I really think it does help.

I think Dany will still recognise me though as some of it is what I gained over the hollidays.

I'm ahead of my goals right now though, and if I can keep it that way, maybe the trip will not be too much of a setback.
