I went to Subway for supper tonight.... yummmm, if i had the cash i'd eat there every day... but it was a great treat. I've been slacking at the gym the last few days, i've been busy house cleaning, then im too poooped to go anywhere. Perhaps i'll try and make it to aerobics class tommorrow night (then i'll be really sore, lol).
I love Subway. It's what I eat if I can't bring lunch to work for some reason. Lots of low cal low fat subs to choose from.
Isabelle.....just remember cleaning the house is a great work out and burns more calories than sitting at the computer :roll: So don't be so hard on yourself

This threads kind of quiet today. How's we do??? I did okay....no breakfast whcih I know was bad but had hamburger garden soup for lunch with some olive oila dn cracked pepper triscuits. Dinner was a bit more soup and a big salad with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, banana peppers, cubanelle peppers, and cucumbers with balsamic vingear and olive oil as a dressing. Snack was a 100 calorie of light butter popcorn.
