It helps that the people at Curves make it fun.

And OMG the things these ladies talk about. Some would make you blush.

At the one I go to I'd say the average age is somewhere around 55. I'm one of the youngest members.

There's one woman who has been going for years...she just hit her 600th visit.

Not to be cruel but if she's lost a lot she had to be way ay over weight because to me she still looks like she could lose 50 pounds or so.

I dunno Karan, it takes a lot to shock me!

Was fairly good yesterday but need to start varying it cos I'm eating the same old stuff. Move out on Sat so can re-stock fridge.

Cereal for brekky, ham salad sarn on multigrain for lunch & mini choc bar & apple, then chicken enchilada-type things made by flatmate for tea - grilled the chicken & threw in peppers, courgette & a tomatoey sauce with a tiny bit of cheese on top, used low fat wraps. Yum!

Dunno what to have for dinner tonight. Lunch & brekky today is the same as yesterday

Am continuing with my walking around hilly Coogee though, the muscles in my calfs are like rocks! Hope I don't have a flabby gut and great big Schwarzennegger legs!!

Dinner was good tonight..like I said a pork chop, baked potato and salad.

Snack a few minutes ago was celery and salsa.

I packed lunch for tomorow...some of my hamburger garden soup and a few triscuits.
