Thanks Karan! I saw those (tortillas)...but wasn't real sure....I'll be sure and get them next time! Going to the gym tonight...with all the snow and bad weather we have gotten two weekends in a row, I have not been going every other day like I was....starting again tonight....but on the good side...I haven't gained, and actually lost a couple this week so far...
It's Curves for me tonight. Really looking forward to it. I need to work out some pent up frustrations!!!
ok, i havent stopped eating today. so far ive eaten, my granola yogurt and raspberries, a bun, beef stir fry, pear, peach, apple, fruit to go bar and now my manager just gave me some peanuts from mexico. they are spicey. im looking forward to this!
I had no breakfast cuz I was getting my car worked on. Lunch was at Panera......cup of veggie soup and a roll, iced tea. Don't know what to have for dinner tonight.
Dinner was so good tonight.... Grilled chicken cutlets with pepper salad and asparagus. Yum!!! Good workout at Curves too. 30 mimnutes just flew by. I get weighed and measured on Saturday so I'm going to be really good this week....but all in all I am proud of myself. I think I've done okay.

Sounds to me you are doing really really really great I was so mad on Saturday, I had to run my son in to town, so I figured I would work out after I dropped him off, Curves wasn't open! Going in tonight and gonna ask what happened. I did get three miles on the treadmill, just wasn't the same.
breakfast- milk and cereal bar lunch- wrap with mozzarella cheese made with skim milk and rotisserie seasoned chicken breats no clue what ill have for dinner
