Since I cant stand drinking water by itself, I converted to the Crystal Light side of the fence. I drink 2-3 quarts per day which keeps me plenty hydrated without any calories or caffeine.
Crystal Light is too strong for me....so when I use it I use about half as much of the powder as they tell you to use.
Usually it's their iced tea and lemonade for me....and I alwys take some to Cancun with me.
I really have to start eating breakfast too. You always read 6 small meals, but I tend to wait til everyone home to even start eating and then I end up snacking all night long. #1 on to do list each day is going to have to be breakfast. Since tanning everyday right now no problem working out...tan at the gym, but worried bout after we get back.
MY workout in in about 45 minutes....should I have one of those now???
Do what I do.....start planning the next trip as soon as you get back. If you go a few times a year you never get to stop working on it.
I usually eat one of those or some kind of fruit on the way to the gym.
I'm walking out the door and will grab one and eat it one the way.
