Hey Karan!! and hello to everyone!!! Haven't been on the board in a while and just now saw these postings. Great job on your diet. My tip is you can always do the diet like I did at BBG. You and a few others will understanding this comment! Don't eat, stay on the beach drinking yagermeister and don't eat your dinner save it for throwing!!!

    Hola Hazel!!!

As much as I want to lose a few pounds I think I'll pass on the Yager diet.

BTW...snack tonight was grapes and an orange and one slice of Boars Head deli turkey.

    G'day mates

I did not bad at the weekend considering we 'entertained' at the flat...

Fri - few drinks after work then pasta.
Sat - toast for brekky, out at beach all day so water (I know, bad) then drank vod n tonic and had some chips n salsa and 2 bits of pizza.
Sun - cereal for brekky, chicken salad sarn for lunch then sweet chilli prawns for dinner, LOVELY - I bought 1/2 a kilo of peel-your-own and scoffed the lot!!

Oh, went market yesterday as well and got some pumpkin seeds and dried sweetcorn in bbq seasoning to eat - is lush!

    Hi Gang,

Reserve weekend was very, very cold. Thank God we did not have to sleep in tents this weekend. I put a major hurting on my WW extra points. Just could'nt be helped. Now that I'm thawed out I can get back to my salads.
Breakfast is simple for me I have cold cereal and coffee. For lunch I will have a salad. For in between snacks ( a most important meal ) a delicious nutricious cucumber salad, carrots and 2 bananas. Not sure about dinner yet. Lots of Leftovers in the fridge.

I'm just now getting to eat lunch..Court ram late today. Looks like a bowl of soup.

Tonight I'm having a chicken quesadilla with mushrooms, reduced fat cheese, a few red onion slivers and a few chopped green peppers.

I think I'll make some asparagus and red peppers broiled wtih balsamic vinegrette dressing as a marinade for my side.

I had a decent weekend...not too many slip ups...except Kevin's birthday cake AND ice cream

We all went to dinner Saturday night for Kevin's birthday and I had grilled shrimp, steamed veggies, and a plain baked potato. Had a couple bites of Kevin's steak though. Yum!

Sunday wasn't bad, had salad and soup for lunch. Grilled chicken fajita burrito thing for dinner.

Today I had my normal strawberry smoothie...BUT...when I went shopping last night, V8 has a fruit drink thing called Tropical Colada...I'm giong to mix it with ice and put it in the blender....looks yummy!

Lunch was turkey wrap...only I got the Carb balance/Wheat ones this time....much better for me. It was very yummy.

Dinner....Kevin wants meatloaf...so I will likely have me a ground turkey patty with steamed veggeis.

All of it sounds good, Tonya.

I use those low carb wheat tortillas too. The roasted red pepper and spinach ones are good as well for a change.
