I wanted to get on my eliptical before I get in the shower but with this headache I feel like I'll have a stroke :banghead:

 

Give yourself some time for what you took to kick in...then hit the eliptical.

Or do it after dinner...once your food has digested, of course.

 

i have had a headache for 5 days denise...its not going away :cry: stupid advil does not work on my migraines and im now rationing my excedrine for migraines cause im almost out and i dont know when i will be in the states again to get some :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry:

but other than that ihad the best burger for lunch today

dinner we ended up ordering pizza...I went in to pick it up and got some salad bar with some potato soup they had...which was thin soup, so I think I was okay...now if I had made the soup, that would have been BAD calorie/fat wise...hahaha

we are definitely going out to dinner to the steakhouse tomorrow evening...

ooooo im allergic to fruit too!! i thought i was the only one! my mouth gets sooo itchy and what not, but i eat it anyway
