No curves for me.......we have invested in several pieces of quality exercise equipment....I just need to get motivated....just thought cutting out all the junk (yes...my kids make me buy it :!: ) would have a little more effect on that # I need to go DOWN :(

Lunch today was a chicken wrap with low fat cheese, a tiny touch of ceasar dressing, lettuce, tomato and onion.

Dinner tonight is my chicken noddle soup I made the other night and a side salad.

kids are having honey graham crackers for snack...looks so yummy....

so I opted for some wheat thins, whole grain, 100 calorie pack (I bought a box last night)

    They are actually pretty yummy!

    Multi grains fine.

I love those 100 calorie packs!!! A dieters best friend when it comes to snack time.

huh, these little packs have a 'healthy living tip' on each bag....

It says #57 (out of 100 tips)
Keep smart snacks on hand if you typically get hungry throughout the day. Balance between those that fill in nutrition gaps and those that provide that little "treat" you're looking for.

    Smart tip.

I bought some Temple oranges at the store yesterday. They are my favorite kind of orange but only available this time of yer for about 4 weeks.

So my snacks will be oranges for a while.....yum!

I love oranges too...but I rarely get to eat them because by the time I buy them, bring them home, think about them...the girls have already eaten them!
