i also bought some cherries

karan do you freeze them on the stems or loose? how long does it take for them to freeze? do you prefer red or green?

Fruit this time of year is always high...out of season...

Ya'll chattered a BUNCH last night...sorry I missed it! But it was a church night :D

We did our official weigh in last night for the week...even after eating normally yesterday, I still came in 7.5 lbs lost for the week.

After church, of course, we went to the usual spot for dinner...Braum's...I ordered a Pepper Jack Jalepeno 1/3lb cheeseburger and fries...it was delish! I was full half-way through the burger...but I ate it all anyway...hate to not eat what I paid for...plus, next week, I'll get the kids burger....it will fill me up just fine.

I feared that it affected my weight this morning, but it didn't!

Today I had my strawberry smoothie...with 1% milk...no, not tired of this yet....its too yummy!

not sure whats for lunch or dinner....I'll let you know!

I pick them off the stems and just freeze them in a baggie, Marissa.

Concord grapes are my favorite but you can only get them once a year for short few weeks so the green ones would be my next favorite. But, I have frozen the red ones too. Both freeze just the same.

They freeze fairly quickly but don't ever freeze all the way through so it's not like chomping down on a pice of ice.

But they are tasty to be sure.

    Good for you, Tonya!!! Congrats!!!

Nex ttime just take half the burger home with you. It will reheat and you'll have just about a serving.

Getting the kids burger is a good idea too. there are some places that won't let adults oder the kids portions so in thatcase just doggie bag what you don't eat.

A friend of mine actually gets her doggie bag at the sme time her meal is served and immediately puts half the food in the doggie bag to avoid the Temptation to over eat.

I think that's a smart thing to do because the portions served in retaurants are so outrageous. It's more like 2-4 servings depending on where you go.

Great idea Karan...I should have thought about that last night....but I do love the doggie bag idea and putting it in there before eating. Way to control your self!

Its just a fast food Ice Cream Shop that also has a grill...so anyone can order what they want...nothing fancy. Just a place to hang out after church on Wednesdays!

    Yesterday for me :D

Yeah, did OK. Usual of cereal for brekky, and a ham salad sarn on multigrain for lunch. Apple in the arvo. Went for a stroll after work as I had to get my mate back home a bday gift and one of the sushi bars was having a cheap day so got 2 large sushi rolls for AUD$3! Had them for dinner, yummmmm. Was a bit peckish later though, so I had 2 crackers with a small bit of cheese, yum.

Have had multigrain toast this morn as we ran out of milk! Might get low fat noodles for lunch as forgot to make something, or have sushi, hmmm.

Yeah it's not going too bad actually is it Karan! Quite surprised!
