I'm thinking along the same lines as you, Jen. Plus, after dinner I doubt I'll be as motivated to actually go to Curves for the workout. Decision made.....work out first (right after work before I do anything else) and then eat an hour so after I get home.
Excellent choice madam! :clap: I went through phases of being SO unmotivated about going to the gym but had Alison there to spur me on (we took it in turns to drive to the gym, too far to walk/run!). We need to do that if anyone's having an off day.
Yes we do...I'm sure I'm going to have them so you may need to push me out the door so to speak to go workout!!
They say you should not eat 4 hours before a workout. So going straight from work before eating is the way to go. Jamie
Have decided to give up sausage for a whole month and try and loose a stone!!!!! They have just opened a gym over the road from my flat - am contemplating joining!!!!
Karan I suggest working out first, then go home. When I was going to Lady Plex (same concept as Curves), I found that once I came home, I got lazy and ended up putting it off. Best of Luck to you. I personally Love Ya just the way you are, but totally understand about toning up a bit!
