wow, looks like everyone is doing pretty good...minus the 4 beers Jen! My dinner ended up being chicken, turnip greens, and I had a strawberry smoothie with 1% milk for dessert. I had to have something sweet. :? Working out every other day is good....AT LEAST ITS SOMETHING...most couldn't even say they do that. I am still sore from that crazy ab exercise we did on Monday night!
Actually I think it's more than something. I have two clients who are fitness instructors and they both told me that a person should give their body about 24 hours "rest" in betwen work outs to get the most out of them. If you've beenexercising for along time that's not as important but for most poeople every other day is just right. And don't beat yourself up over the beers, Jen. But we're they at least light beers??? :wink:

You bet you can! We have decided that the deadline of our weightloss is July 1st. So hopefully we'll raise a good amount of money. I'm working on getting a website up that will be tracking all the progress of both of us...with pictures and video and charts. I think that will help keep the interest of everyone...plus something tangible for them to see besides us at Church.
