    Hi all,

Well, I started out good yesterday with cereal, low fat crisps, sandwich on multigrain of turkey & salad and a biscuit...then, after getting nowhere hunting for a flat and having the ump, I met a mate and had 4 beers. Ho hum.

Today, have had cereal and the same sarny as yesterday...

Karan, I searched Delia for soups:

    Thanks, Jen!!!

A few of those non cream based soups look pretty good.

The french onion soup looks very good...minus all that great cheese, of course.

Oh I know, damn cheese  Why must it be so fattening! I could eat blocks of it!

I like nothing better than tomato soup with huge bits of fresh bread & butter dipped in...that will have to stop :(

Have you tried the newer low fat blocks of cheese? They are quite good now. Skip the non fat cheese though...go low fat.

Do you have laughing Cow cheese wedges there? They have a great low fat one that's good to spread on sandwiches or the like.

Stick with the salsa then. You know you like that!

What about a low fat ranch dip? Just use even the low fat kind sparingly.

Your celery can be swimming in the salsa..thathas no fat.

It's the low fat ranch you need to be careful of.

Another thing to try is hummus.

I did see who's here. Maybe she'll come talk "diet" with us.
