I know you can win that challenge, Tonya!!!! I think it's good to have a goal to focus on. Something you are trying to achieve (like winning a challenge) is a great source of motivation. At least it is for me. And you know we'll all be here every step of the way to cheer you on and offer encouragement!!! I was good today except I did skip breakfast (running late for Court) which I know was a no no. Lunch was a turkey roll up with low fat cheese and an orange and a few grapes. Dinner tonight is going to be my chicken taco soup and a small salad.
Opps, I forgot... Anyone have a good recipe for some homemade soup? I love my chicken taco soup but don't want to make it so much that I get sick of it so I think it would help to have an alternate soup to make. Any suggestions???

I'm glad you liked it, Denise. It's not nachos but still you get that crunch that most people want with salsa. I bought some more celery and salsa today.
I was surprised I liked it as I'm not a big fan of celery but I was desperate for something :shock: :shock: :shock:
I'm not a huge celery person either if it's just celery. But I do like it with salsa and also with peanut butter.
