At Curves they do monthly weigh ins so I'm not scheduled until Jan 28th. I don't think I can wait that long though. I may ask them if I can weigh myself on their scale tonight. :lol:
Thanks.. :lol: :lol: Iknow I won't lose like this every week and really don't want to. 1 to 2 lbs a week is my goal until I hit 10 lbs lost. But it sure does feel good to know I have made a good start. Lunch today was Wendy's chili and some crackers. Dinner was a turkey burger with low fat cheese, lettuce, tomoato, pickles and the not so fast food sauce made of low fat mayo, mustard and ketchup. Asparagus was my side dish.
