I don' think Sam will rat you out either. He knows where his pasta comes from!!

I find this forum to be very helpful also, it's a great way to exchange ideas and information.

So far I seem to be on track, but I know it's going to get tougher for me.

Thank you everyone in advance for your support!!! :D :D :D

I did dust off the old stationary bicycle, and have been riding it 20 min. each day!

Note to self: texting people what you eat while drunk or hungover will not be remembered by self!

Anyway, have been good since and have had wrap for lunch yesterday and mince beef tortillas last night. Today I had multigrain toast and have just eaten a lush ham salad I made - only problem is, I carved my thumb up while chopping cucumber and my boss reckons I need stiches! I don't.

Gotta go food shopping later to get more salad, so might have a jacket spud tonight or some rice n veg, can't decide.

Everyone's doing really well aint they?

Oh, I've found an alternative to crisps (potato chips) - vege chips. They're like mini prawn crackers but are baked not fried and are low fat and yum! Mmmm. I also like them crisps that are basically vegetables sliced and dried. Sounds weird but they're so nice. Imagine it - a slice of beetroot as a crisp! I don't even like beetroot!

It's amzing what's out there to eat that's healthy if you only take the time to look.

I like the veggie crisps too, Jen.

Dinner tonight was some lemon pepper asparagus with a turkey and lowfat cheese roll up. Snack was celery and salsa.

I know! Alternatives that are just as yum, that's my new shopping mission!

I might go shop in a min and get veggie crisps.

That's reminded me, I need lowfat cheese. Sarah bought me back some Branston pickle from the UK so I want it with cheese in a wrap.

alright, its 9am and I need some breakfast.

I got on the scale last night...and it shows that I have lost 8lbs...granted I started the day after Christmas, not just last week.

If I can lose about 8 more pounds....a whole new wardrobe will open up in my closet...hahaha. sad huh?
