    Well, I definitely know what you mean by "muffin top", Denise.

    Losing mine is tops on my list too.

    Looks like we have enough interest and I think we'll pick up a few more tomorrow (Ian expressed an interest) so I'm going to go ahead and make this a stickie.

    Okay...I'm turning to you all for some help.

    My first Curves workout is tomorrow. What I'm unsure about is whether I should go before or after I have dinner?

    I know I shouldn't go right after I eat but an hour or so? Or should I go before dinner?

    Which do you think is better?

    Also love the muffin top idea... I am showing more of it these days because my clothes are getting too small. :shock: OK I guess I need to start exercising ASAP.

    Hmm, it's a good question. I personally feel too full if I eat before but as well, you don't want to keel over or feel faint either. I used to have some fruit a bit before I went gym then dinner after.

    Not exactly answering the question am I! :D
