Well, I definitely know what you mean by "muffin top", Denise. Losing mine is tops on my list too. Looks like we have enough interest and I think we'll pick up a few more tomorrow (Ian expressed an interest) so I'm going to go ahead and make this a stickie.
All the websites have their tips out to help us http://www.tescodiets.com/b2b/msndiet/archive.cfm?article_id=1476 http://www.dailydiettracker.co.uk/ http://www.netdoctor.co.uk/health_advice/facts/loseweight.htm http://www.foodfit.com/  http://www.mcdonalds.co.uk/asp/ourfood/asp/ff_interactive.asp
Okay...I'm turning to you all for some help. My first Curves workout is tomorrow. What I'm unsure about is whether I should go before or after I have dinner? I know I shouldn't go right after I eat but an hour or so? Or should I go before dinner? Which do you think is better?
Also love the muffin top idea... I am showing more of it these days because my clothes are getting too small. OK I guess I need to start exercising ASAP. Katie
Hmm, it's a good question. I personally feel too full if I eat before but as well, you don't want to keel over or feel faint either. I used to have some fruit a bit before I went gym then dinner after. Not exactly answering the question am I!
