    i heard that 2 slices of dominos ( i think) pizza with veggies on it is like 500 calories... have a magazine with some suggestions for breakfast lunch and dinner and that was one for lunch i think

    not bad, but still quite a bit. But beware of the Fat grams too... those are nasty

    Lunch today is chicken, rice, carrots, green beans....mmm smells good...can't eat until 12 though...

    Lunch today was a salad with lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, carrots, raddichio, jalepenos, lemon grilled chicken and banana peppers with a bit of ranch dressing mixed with salsa.

    Not sure what dinner's going to be yet.

    I wished I lived in Cinci :D You seem to come up with some great meal ideas Karan.

    Lunch today was 2 bananas and a little bag of cashews for some protein.
