I did okay with dinner tonight (tilapia, small salad and broccoli) but tomorrownight will be the test. I'm going out to dinner. But I'll check Dottie's Weight Loss Zone to see what is best to have where we're going. If you haven't checked out Dottie's website yet you should: http://www.dwlz.com/restaurants.html It give Weight Watchers point values for many items at lots of popular restaurants and fast food places. I'm not doing WW but looking for an entree with a lower point value is a good way to eat out and still eat healthy. I think an average person is given something like 20-25 points per day depending on their current weight so that might help you in figuring out how many points you should be looking at in an entree. Check it out. For me, I think I'll be having the Ensenada chicken platter (minus the dipping sauce) at Red Robin tomorrow night.
They do have great burgers....and actually having their turkey burger isn't that bad. And I happen to love it too. But I think the Ensenada chicken plater is better for you.
No Red Robin's here. But I've used www.dwlz.com many times and it's very helpful if you are doing Weight Watchers or looking for something low-fat.
The best company....my best friend here and our mothers!!! Just did my Curves workout and I'm feeling great!! Lunch today is the last of homemade chicken taco soup!!
Once you get into the swing of working out you become almost addicted to it....as you actually feel better after you've worked out Now I've got to get myself back to that point
