Excellent advice, George. I use to take one but got out of the habit for some rason. I shall be buying some tomorow and take them again.
I just dont trust our scale!! :? My weight goes up and down 5 lbs all the time....can be 5 lbs in a day...so I am always stepping on and off the scale like 10 times like someone with OCD. That is why not putting a lbs goal so much how I look and feel. That said WAY TO GO!!!! NIce to know what you are doing is working!!!!
That's what is suppose to be the best way to gauge weight loss especially if you are also working out as the muscle you build during workouts weighs more than fat. But Istill find it tough not to peak at the scales.
