You're right, George..I never gain weight at BBG. Iusually lose afew. God only knows how. It's not like Dany andI dodn't eat. It's back here where I put on a few pounds. I think I did good today...homemade chicken taco soup (no tortillas or crackers) and grapes for lunch. Dinner is grilled salmon and broccoli.

Well done Lis! I know how much you love your sausage so this is quite a challenge!! I had a jacket spud last night with a huge salad and then a mini Calippo and 2 squares of choc. Had cornflakes for brekky, no sugar, and for lunch I've just eaten a salad I made; pasta, sweetcorn, tomato and a small tin of sweet chilli tuna, it was bloody lovely! I then ate a biscuit (cookie) but I have 2 apples for mid-arvo. Not sure about tea yet - am out drinking with Beth from work so need to avoid beer as it is calorie-laden.
I saw on some tv show yesteday that for every 5 ounces of wine you have you need to run/walk 10 minutes on a treadmill to burn those calories. How many minutes do you have to walk/run tonight, Denise???

hahahaha@everyone I went to the gym, did 30 mins of cardio...then tanned 8 minutes in the 10 minute max bed....starting to get a bit tan now....gone a few other times... Tonight I had salad with a baked potato. It was yummy!
