    Well so far I'm right on track! Maybe even a little ahead of the game. :D

    A little math I've learned along the way. 3500 calories = 1 pound.

    That's a bit of an over simplification but it means basicaly that if you take in 3500 cals more than you burn, you gain that pound, burn 3500 more than consumed = 1 pound lost. As I said that's over sipmlified, and the type of cals still have alot to do with it! I've see websites (can't recall any at this moment :? ) that can help you calculate how many calories you burn so you know how many you can consume.

    Ah...gotta love breakfast. Two half-links of polish sausage the kiddies didn't finish, and a little cup of Dannon vanilla yogurt. Oh yeah, and a cup o' joe. Any wonder why I'm always famished at lunch?

    Well, I had a 500 calorie lunch. Steamed broccoli, noodles, and beef and a cream sauce. lol. The cream sauce was all the calories!

    I had a banana for breakfast, which according to this chart is 107 calories.
    I found this chart on calories/carb grams/water content for fruits. Obviously they will be off a little bit due to different sizes, but these are average amounts.

    Hi guys, I'm in too! I want to lose 15 lbs in the next 6 weeks for my Jamaica trip and then another 15 by May for BBG. Eating a dry tuna salad now (no mayo, lotsa vinegar)
