I have slipped back into my naughty starvation diet ways and although I haven't gained anything I haven't lost anymore either

It's been a while since I posted.
Matter of fact I think Karen posted for me
Anyway I have been successful at keeping the weight off.
Matter of fact I am now down another 5 lbs.
I am now at 175 lbs.
My final goal is 160.
I have been running 5 times a week as a way of regular exercise and recently started swimming classes once a week at the YMCA.
I can't believe that I can now actually swim.
It only took me 52 years.
Many congrates to those that have been successful at losing weight.
Much encouragement for those that are struggling.

Im slowly going down. Maybe only about a 1/2lb every other week. Guess its better than going the other way.

Been awhile since I've posted. Finally decided to actually try to eat healthier. Been doing WWpoint system for a couple of weeks. Lost 2lbs. so far. I basically eat all day it seems, but that's good right!? Now to just get a little more motivated to exercise more often. Congrats to all the losers and the many more lbs. we shall lose.
