    I've found Weight Watchers to be the easiest diet program around.

    Keep up the good work !

    have started eating more "entree salads" and am avoiding the carb-loaded baked potatoes, for a start!

    Good for you, Michael!!

    I live on salads...have at elast one per day and they really do fill me up.

    Non cream based soups with the salads is also an option..especially as we get closer to fall and fall weather.

    gracias...it's much more of a struggle than I thought before. Eating more fish, as well!

    BTW, am looking forward to the holidays...for some reason I actually lose weight in the winter! :) :?

    Just remember not to totally deprive yourself of your favorites, Micheal. Moderation is the key word.

    Try experimenting with some new or exotic fish if you're having trouble eating fish a lot.
