i'm still going to the gym at least 3 times a week and i've been pretty good at not eating (much) in the evenings. I'll give it another week or so before hoping on those scales again.
Regdog Update Wow. 69 trips to BBG :clap: :headbanger: That's awesome. Well I am on my way on a 8 day Caribbean cruise. With all the food they offer this will be my ultimate test. I am still at 180lbs. I still want to lose 20 more but that will have to wait until after the cruise. Still chasing the BMI thing. Reggie

I think we're all chasing the BMI thing. But I have to say I think we're all doing very good and I'm proud of all of us!!
Ok I'm gonna try this again........ I have been very careful of what I've been eating and walked everyday since Wednesday. I need to get a new scale and I have an idea that might help motivate me and not sure if anyone else is interested but I 've seen weightloss tickers and does anyone know where to find them :?:
