soo true Karan... the 'diet' word should be banned. You have to change the way you live and your attitude towards eating and exercising if you want to be successful. You also have to find something that your comfortable with, mine or anyone elses methods might not work well for you.. but keep trying, you'll get there

I stopped at TJ Maxx this afternoon and ended up buying a pair of jeans.

Not too bad...$16.99.










































But the best part is that I bought a SIZE 8!!!!!
