not gonna ask how i'm trying to hit the gym atleast 3 times a week... in the TA, that keeps u well fit, but need to start using supplements .. usually just down a fruit shake with a few eggs mixed in but thats getting expensive lol
Ooo...I like this subject. I go to the gym at least 3 times a week and ride my bike to school. However, I'm pretty sure my biggest weakness is alcohol. love the stuff.
