i'm trying to hit the gym atleast 3 times a week... in the TA, that keeps u well fit, but need to start using supplements .. usually just down a fruit shake with a few eggs mixed in but thats getting expensive lol
Ooo...I like this subject.
I go to the gym at least 3 times a week and ride my bike to school. However, I'm pretty sure my biggest weakness is alcohol. love the stuff.
I'll view the progress guys, just send me the pics.. I'm sure the other girls wouldn't mind helping check out the progress too lol..
i will post BEFORE pics, after this weekend party, and then well see the results
