Ok... i counted up we have less than 8 weeks.... How much of a difference do you think you can do in 8 weeks, working out. What are your goals... lose weight, gain weight??? Im lifting 3 times a week and playing baskeball 1 or 2 times a week too... what bout all you guys?
Im getting super lean and shredded, alot of proteins, eating, chicken, tuna, salad, and working out 5times a week and cardio 3 times a week I already lost 10lbs with 8 weeks too go...I better take it ez or I will be skin and bones

cancun legend i got this stuff a couple weeks ago its call TRAC Extreme NO look it up and tell me what you think of it.. teh guy at vitamin world said its better than NO Explode
tnohren-From the looks of it, it seems like some pretty good stuff. I personally have never tried it. I honestly dont like creatine period because I tend to put on too much water weight with the powders. So if I use anything with creatine in it I use serum (sublingual under the tounge products). But let me know, what works for you might not work for me and vice versa, In the mean time train hard and train smart!
Im in the gym 5 days a week with weights, and 4 days of cardio on top of that! Just trying to cut up right now.......
I got a bit of a gut and would really like to lose some weight too, Im like 13 stone (170lbs ish?) 5'9" need to lose how much do you think is realistic before i goto cancun on March 7th? and any good suggestions on how would help cheers
