The standard for most hotels I find is about 11am. You may be able to arrange a later check out depending on room availability as well. Otherwise don't get too worried, leave your bags at the front desk and hang out at the pool. More than likely you'll have friends you can borrow their rooms to change in. Any of the washrooms also work in a pinch. One time I checked out and left the resort at 2am for the airport. Needless to say I was not a happy camper on the plane home lol!
don't worry about it all. We had a later flight once and we packed up and checked out, left our bags with the front bell staff. When it was time to leave the pool and get ready to go we were given access to the spa to shower and get ready to hit the road. We still had access to all food and drink even though we didn't have our wristbands.
