    Report them to their ISP with explanation(see sample notice linked below), request that the offending ad be taken down - the ISP will do this without hesitation to avoid being part of any legal action !! Also email the Search engines (Google, etc) with the appropriate form(see sample notice linked below) then email the contacts on the ad with a cease and desist letter(see sample notice linked below)

    FYI - I did a quick reverse lookup, full info HERE - their ISP is Godaddy ;)

    Our 11 night stay is now $1650 more than when we booked. Glad we booked early or we wouldn't be going this year!
