Oh ya it closes feb 4th. My apologies on the bad recommendation. Still people watching in vegas is the best!
Mine is on the 22nd, never been and a Vegas Virgin lol Headed to TTR first time in Feb, should be a great couple months coming up!
zumanity is amazing. buy the nicest seats you can. you won't regret sitting close. and i didn't know bills was closing when is it supposed to re-open? i'll be there in april for a bachelor party.
March is the perfect time to visit. I moved here from NJ 3 years ago. Would never go back. Can't wait for my 2 week Temptation trip 4/27-5/11. Will be my eighth. Bill is closing the day after the Super Bowl for about a year. Total rehab, with a name change. Fremont is a must. They keep making changes there, all for the better. The Grand Canyon skywalk is about 2.5 hour drive from Vegas. They built a glass walkway over the canyon. Pretty amazing. www.grandcanyonskywalk.com However, if you are only here over a long weekend, not sure you want to spend one of them outside Vegas. Some locals fun stuff: Karaoke at Ellis Island ($2 micro brews) 9pm 7 nights a week right behind Ballys, NYNY roller coaster, Dollar Michelob at Casino Royale across from Mirage, Zumanity is good, my fav is Love at the Mirage, Forum Shops at Ceasars (much more than shopping), Pirate show in front of Treasure Island at night (with Gilleys bar right there (bikini Bull riding Sun at 10pm). There is my trip report....
The Mirage hotel has a pool called Bare which is strictly over 21s and is a topless pool. Great drinks! We stayed there so got in for free but if you don't stay in that hotel you can still go, $10 for women, $20 for men. I think it's a Saturday they have a pool party. I'd definitely recommend just going round all the different hotels and seeing what they have to offer, it doesn't really matter which one you stay in as you can access everything in any one! And definitely catch a show if you can. If you go to a club I'd recommend bottle service. I dunno if all clubs in America have bar queues that crazy but next time I'll definitely be getting tables! (Plus at $20 dollars a glass, bottles would work out so much cheaper!)
it would be later march, so hoping the pools would be open by then. The videos I have seen of the pool parties like like they are a good time!
