Used to use the 6 week rule till last year,, TTR is selling out and you may get screwed in the busy weeks. People were getting bumped last April

Find most times that expedi is the cheapest but always check all the vacation companies. booked a couple weeks ago and found expedia was the cheapest. We have also used the agent on Temptations website but they seem to have raised there prices.

That's a good point. Waiting for the discounts can result in the resort you want being booked up. For me it works as I am flexible in my travel dates.

We have a friend of us who use to work as a travel agent. Paid 1490$ Fairly the same price as elsewhere but have incredible service. We passed almost 4 hours with her.

I use Sunwing Vacations all the time. Very reliable and very good service to enhance the enjoyment of a good vacation. Booking it with my agent at Flight Centre.

We booked through expedia.ca. Just a flight & hotel package... Not an actual vacation package. With airport transfers we paid about $1150 each. Flights are with united, short transfer in Houston. All in all pretty good deal as far as I'm concerned.

The other thing we like to do is when we have a group of 5 or more we all book like 90 days in advance, in most cases we pay the premium but you cant take a group last min.

If its just the 2 of us, we wait till the very last week, but as stated this does have its draw backs.

We always use Flight Centre to book our trip. This year we fly with Canjet so we always purchase the upgrade - Canjet Select and we also book our own transfers through USA Transfers.
